Your key responsibilities

As Technical Customer Service employee you will be part of our After Sales team which works for the British and Irish market. Within this team you will provide our clients with the correct technical product information by phone and email and also help to solve technical issues. You will also be responsible for processing orders for service parts and for scanning and processing service reports.

In addition, you will keep in regular contact with our scheduling team in the UK to coordinate the service requests.

Required skills, knowledge and experience

  • Native English, knowledge of Dutch preferred
  • HBO education level or equivalent, previous troubleshooting and customer support experience
  • Technical background/knowledge or technically minded
  • Experience with MS Office, Exact (or similar) and a client management software
  • Key competencies: Customer focus, results driven, accuracy and problem solving skills
  • You are available for 32 – 40 hours a week
