PURPOSE:

Support correct and timely administration of payroll; Supports correct and timely administration and coordination of benefit programs; Delivers an excellent coordination, communication and information platform between HRM, HR Services organization and external companies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acts as competent contact person for employees as well as internal and external partners in all relevant benefits related issues
  • Provides input for excellent and standardised communication to employees and internal customers
  • Cooperates closely and communicates with all HR Services and HRM colleagues in order to ensure that processes, tools and systems are applied in the best possible way.
  • Develops and maintains excellent working relationship with internal clients (HRM Administrators and employees) being serviced
  • Supports predefined projects related to Payroll and Benefits
  • Audits payroll relevant data in close cooperation with HR Services in Herzo
  • Provide upskilling and support improvements on various administrativeprocesses and implementation of new benefits e.g. Health Insurance, Bike scheme, staff sales and provide support to the HRM’s regarding on-boarding of new employees and supports the HR Services Team in Porto
  • Constantly searches for better administrative, efficient and effective ways of improving process and communication on all topics within working field
  • Administer long term sickness related activities
  • Be the first point of contact for tax authorities, pension provider, health insurance and other benefits supplying companies
  • Ensure tax compliance of all Dutch entities including responsibility for WKR and High Risk Frame Work relates tasks

REQUISITE EDUCATION:

  • Overall knowledge on Benefits / Payroll required, preferably VPS educated.
  • SAP HR system knowledge
  • Eager to develop your Payroll & Benefits administration skills and broaden your overall knowledge via internal - and external training
  • Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in a similar position as Benefits / Payroll in an international environment
  • Excellent command of English and Dutch language
  • Experience with business computing solutions, Word and Excel
