We’re a rapidly expanding international lingerie brand and our mission is to be the first choice for women across Europe and beyond. We have a great reputation and track record in using IT systems to support the full Omni-channel process.

As our IT organisation is expanding, we'll also have a growing number of exciting projects to achieve. We're looking to professionalize our IT department and are looking for new talent to help us do so. Specifically, we're searching for a strong, certified IT Project Manager/ E-Comm Projects to help deliver projects through a disciplined approach. The nature of the projects will vary over time, size & complexity, and functional departments. Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex projects by applying a disciplined methodology (i.e. PMI or Prince2 practices), including project planning, risk and issue management, stakeholder management, communication planning, project team building, etc.
  • Successfully manage the relationship with multiple clients and all stakeholders; taking ownership and accountability for the projects end-to-end
  • Engage and lead internal resources (cross-functional) and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Lead in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and aligning resource availability
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress structurally
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using specific structured methodology (i.e. Waterfall, see qualifications)
  • Measure and regularly communicate project performance in terms of time and budget
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management and analysis to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation on a regular basis

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Languages: English
  • University degree or equivalent
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a must
  • Agile/Scrum certification would be a plus
  • Proven experience leading and managing large and highly complex projects in the information technology sector (retail industry would be a plus)
  • Excellent client-facing and internal written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Service-oriented mind-set (i.e. positive and ‘can do' attitude)
