The role: Technical Writer
The Technical Writer will play a key role on our Product Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for explaining and writing about our communication products and related services explaining benefits to customers and showing off cutting edge technology.
We’re looking for someone who excels at communicating complex information in simple, easy to understand ways. This person needs to be able to translate technical achievements into terms that lay people understand and showcase value and benefits for our customers. They should feel comfortable with the world reading their words and have demonstrable understanding of APIs and SaaS. They should feel comfortable under time-sensitive deadlines and flexible to receive feedback to make iterative improvements (and offer collaborative pushback when they feel strongly about ideas).
