This program gives you the unique opportunity to get to know your strengths, maximise your potential, and to connect with aspiring women. Are you in an early stage of your studies and are you passioned about personal growth?

From November 2020 to March 2021 we will enroll 10 top female students in this 6 months program. Each participant will be assigned a female BCG senior mentor.

This female mentorship program offers you 6monthly workshops provided by inspiring women from BCG, including social activities. Through interactive sessions with professional actors and trainers you will get the best out of yourself: you will get to know your strengths, understand others and yourself, work together, grow and reflect. Furthermore, you will have one-on-one sessions with your personal mentor.

APPLICATION PROCESS

We’re looking for Dutch-speaking female students from all fields of study with outstanding academic records, intellectual curiosity, and great ambition!

The application process consists out of 3 steps:

Step 1) CV selection

Apply via this link by submitting the following documents:

  • Resume
  • High school transcript
  • University transcript up-to-date
  • Cover letter (max 450 words).

Please answer below questions in your cover letter:

  1. Why should we choose you as a mentee for this program?

  3. How would you benefit from having a BCG mentor?

Step 2) Online Quantitative Math Test (QMT)

If you’ve passed the first round, you’ll be invited to complete a Quantitative Math Test (QMT). This online test tests your quantitative skills, logic and business sense.

Step 3) Virtual interview

If you’ve passed the QMT, you’ll be invited to the final round. This round consists out of two virtual interviews of 30 minutes each.

Please submit your application before September 1, 2020 via the apply link.

Please note that we can only accept complete applications, i.e. your resume, transcripts (high school and university) and your cover letter.

We look forward to your application!
