A day at ZIVVER

It's Monday morning and you’re about to dial into the ZIVVER Stand Up. Beforehand you’ve already checked the performance of the campaign assets and you’re able to give a short update to the country managers and how to increase them this week.

Later you check in with our Marketing agency about the to do’s this week. You’re planning to a/b test a new version of the product page on the website to see if this shows an uplift in Enterprise B2B leads. You are ready to present your plan, so this will be an efficient meeting!

In the afternoon you blocked time to work on new campaign assets as you just received the campaign briefing for Country X. Data is key so what are the results you need to aim for? What can you learn from previous campaigns? What can we test and what do we know works for sure? You build the structure and the assets whilst keeping in mind that tagging and tracking is on point from a to z. This is the only way to determine attribution and ROI at the end of the campaign and optimize in between if necessary.

At the end of the day you prepare the Sales & Marketing meeting for Tuesday morning. You want to discuss your learnings more in depth and get input on the quality of the leads you provided the week before to the sales teams. You’re being updated on key prospect insights which you’ll use to optimize the ads. Each update directly results in improved results on our messaging and campaigns. Final call is attending ZIVVERs Weekly Beer & Demo. Great way to understand what others at ZIVVER are proudly working on. Responsibilities

Digital & data

  • Build and execute the quarterly digital marketing plan. Determine projects based on campaigns, optimization and always on.
  • You are responsible for the marketing reporting to all Country Marketing Managers. You are on top of what is happening in the funnel and have a vision of what the next step is to make the funnel transparant.
  • Growth mindset to keep experimenting and optimizing the funnel

Automation & Campaigns

  • Be the driver of digital lead generation across all online channels and campaigns.
  • The go to person regarding marketing automation, CRM, tooling
  • Build and optimize nurture flows to guide prospects through the funnel
  • Translate campaign briefings into smooth conversion paths.
  • Implement high impact lead generation assets to support a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize website traffic and leads, including improving site performance.
  • Optimize for ROI for our Paid Marketing Channels (SEA, Social)
  • Understand the dynamics of SEO and implement best practices
  • Coordinate and collaborate with our Performance agency and Marketing Automation agency to support campaigns where needed

Lead qualification

  • Work effectively as part of the Marketing team contributing to overall team projects and suggesting improvements to maximize performance
  • Share insights about how each market target audience behave in each part of the funnel

  • Manage the digital team of 3 digital marketers and developers

Requirements

Experience

  • Educated to masters degree level (or equivalent) with 5-8 years of experience in preferably B2B SaaS/software industry
  • Experience to experiment with marketing tools and programs, using sound metrics and measurement to understand asset effectiveness
  • Building and executing on online marketing plans
  • Experience executing successful B2B lead generation programs
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Paid search and Tag manager
  • Experience with customer relationship management software such as SFDC or Hubspot
  • Experience with collaborating with agencies

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of conversion optimization, landing page optimization, a/b testing and buyer journey optimization
  • Knowledge of tracking, tagging and ROI calculations

Skills

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, able to work closely with team members (design, content, etc.), data and management teams to execute key marketing programs
  • Ability to work independently
  • Successfully prioritize to do’s and manage deadlines
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
