Customer Relations at bloomon

We are, after all, the point of contact between our customers and the company. That makes us an important source of information for all other departments. We know what makes our customers tick – what makes them happy. This is more than just delivering beautiful flowers. This requires willing and attentive super-service. And that’s just how we roll.

What will you do?

We are looking for Customer Service Agents to join our team. This role will be based in Amsterdam and you will work alongside colleagues speaking Dutch, German, English and French. In this role you will be responsible for customer contact via email, telephone and various social media channels. It is imperative that you can think of and analyse different solutions and are able to act independently. For this function, it is important that you are empathic and can respond well in difficult situations with our customers. You will perform varied tasks and, instantly, have lots of responsibility.

What do we expect from you?

Enrolled in or have recently graduated from university;Fluency in Danish and English, bonus if you speak one of the following languages: Dutch, German;Strong analytical and problem solving skills;“Out of the box” and creating thinking;Self-starting, enthusiastic and result driven;A proactive and definite ‘can do’ attitude;Ability to work a minimum of 8/16 hours per week (including Saturday shift);Previous customer support experience is a plus.
