This internship assignment is not suitable to combine with a graduation/thesis research. For this reason we do require and 40 hours per week availability.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Work closely with Service O2C leadership team and other service leaders, support the effort in driving key strategic initiatives, facilitate internal & external stakeholder management, and play a pivoting role in service O2C communication engagements by establishing service O2C branding & positive exposure through a structured communication framework

You are responsible for

  • Support the development of materials required for service O2C strategic initiatives and coordinate the final compilation of them in a professional manner
  • Lead content creation & communication delivery for service O2C team engagement including internal/virtual townhall, survey, newsletter, social media platforms etc.
  • Orchestrate & maintain the framework for key internal & external stakeholder management, ensure suitable content are prepared in advance

You are a part of

A growing team of professionals dedicated to the transformation of Philips into an ever more customer centric company. You will report directly to Services and Solutions Operations Delivery Leader. You have a strong link with Philips Customer Services within all the 17 markets globally.

You will be working at our location in Best, close to Eindhoven.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Currently studying towards your University of Applied Sciences or University in Sciences both Bachelor or Master Degree in: Business Administration, (International) Business Management, Business Economics, Marketing or Communications
  • Strong skills with Power Point & Excel, with the ability to formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues through visualization and quantitative & qualitative data.
  • Effective communication skills, fluent in oral and written English, to work with leaders, and the ability to capture the voice of leadership and translate them into clear and compelling message.
  • Ability to leverage various digital communication channel (incl. survey, newsletter, collaboration platform, social media, webinar/web conference etc.)
  • Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and get work done
  • Ability to pay painstaking attention to important details
