In this role, you have the opportunity to be part of the Global Digital Marketing and eCommerce team of Philips, where you will contribute to the future growth of the marketing function and help in achieving our strategic ambitions.

Your assignment is focused around marketing platforms and strategy. Key to achieve our ambitions in direct to business and direct to consumer are the marketing technologies we use and prioritize for the future.

You are responsible for

  • Owning the roadmap for our marketing technology in our markets and businesses
  • Deliver futureproof intake model for new marketing technology/ innovation
  • Strengthen lifecycle model for our marketing and eCommerce technology linked to our marketing processes and ways of working
  • Communication to our internal stakeholders on progress and roadmaps (and collect input)
  • Collect and connect internal and external, and share trends in an innovative way
  • Attend external demos and events

You will be part of the innovations platforms team, where we look at the latest in data, marketing technology, trends and topics like AR/ VR, Conversational, Voice and Chatbots. As part of the Squad Innovations you will become knowledgeable and gain experience in the area of marketing innovation in both B2B and B2C. All team members have a background in startup or innovation and are self-driven, passionate and drivers of change.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Strategy/ Business Administration/ Marketing/ Innovation Management or Design
  • Knowledge and passion for latest in marketing (technology, trends, platforms)
  • Know how to manage a complex set of stakeholders (stakeholder management)
  • Go get mentality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and behavior
  • Some communication experience, or eager to learn how to excite people around a topic
  • Soft on people, hard on content
  • Fluent in English
