Your challenge

Are you the enthusiastic, talented intern we are looking for?

  • Philips is undergoing an IT transformation to accelerate growth and improve performance. For this important program, we are looking for intern with different study backgrounds, who can stand their ground and want to be part of this important program in Philips. As an intern, you will work with the PIO Governance team and will work directly with colleagues and managers in PIO as well as in the businesses that are supported by the function’s work. In this case, it will be EU MDR (Regulatory) program. Building on your academic background, innovative focus and your creative, hands on, entrepreneurial mindset you will contribute in achieving our ambition. We offer you a Project Management office (PMO) role with great responsibility in a corporate environment where you get the chance to accelerate your own development.

Your responsibilities

  • The responsibilities vary significantly and will be assigned based on your skills, drive to deliver results and eagerness to outperform. Some of the topics are:
  • Project Management support for EU MDR program and Design Chapter support (various areas of Project management including Reporting, Planning, Dependencies management, risk and issues management and more)
  • Leading EUMDR Integrated Plan and Microsoft Project Plan maintenance (Learning opportunity for the intern as training on Microsoft Project Plan will be given if no experience)
  • EU MDR Stakeholders resources plan in comparison with plans and milestones
  • Business Process (BP) Competency Framework and Capability Assessment support
  • Support in preparation for Business Groups and Market deployment interactions
  • Pro-active monitoring of action plans in collaboration with PMO Lead
  • Dependency dashboard creation displaying various inter-dependencies

Your team

You will be part of the PIO Team, which consist of multiple disciplines and competencies from interns up to senior executives. You will have direct exposure to all levels.

We are looking for

To be successful in this internship we are looking for you:

Students currently studying towards your Bachelor (B.Sc.) orMaster of science (M.Sc.) specializing in:

  • Business Informatics and Business Administration
  • Previous internships in consultancy or similar type of companies is a plus.

In addition, we are looking for someone with the following competences:

  • Strong innovative mindset, with capability of looking beyond the process/IT-architecture as such;
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills combined with a strong business sense and a drive for business impact;
  • Ability to manage and organize both your own work as well as projects and senior executives meetings;
  • An open and globally oriented work mentality, combined with a true self-starting character which will contribute to the overall team;
  • Solid spoken and written English skills;
  • Good communication skills (verbal and writing);
  • Strong self-drive;
