Job Description

Provide collaborative financial and analytical support to the Away From Home Sales team, to build, govern, and deliver the annual net revenue, profit, and share plans for your accounts.

  • Support the Account managers and Channel leads to build and deliver their annual net revenue plans for multiple accounts.
  • Lead the period end process for Net Revenue for Netherlands AFH, including the performance of sales promo and ensure the sales uplifts and ROI are accurately recorded.
  • Lead the periodic reporting and explanation of AFH Channel performance to the Sales team, including post deal evaluation, category performance and lessons for future activity.
  • Highlight future performance concerns and opportunities and take a lead role in planning activities required to remediate any gaps to AFH Channel targets.
  • Lead the objective and impartial Revenue forecasting of NL AFH channel forecast including base, Innovation and promotional forecasts as part of IS&OP process.
  • Trade Spend - Continuously challenge and optimize promotional calendar and spend for the the AFH Channel.
  • Trade Spend - Lead the sign-off process for new annual CDA and NPD ensuring fully aligned with customer Joint Business Plans.
  • Own data reporting for the NL AFH Channel including standard reports on a weekly and monthly basis, plus ad hoc requests.
  • Support Sales Finance manager in their role with Snr sales team to maximize profitability and cost structure of each channel/category.
