About the position

Key to this role is being able to articulate value, inspire and sell the future of Lytho. As a trusted advisor and coach, the Customer Success Manager determines how Lytho can be effectively applied to support achievement of a company’s strategic business goals. Once a new customer has started to use Lytho, you will be the person who makes sure that the adoption of Lytho is as high as possible. We feel that usage by customers is the best predictor of renewal and growth. You should possess strong application functional expertise as well as strong relationship management expertise.

You will be responsible for driving adoption and license utilization across Lytho’s customer base. As we regularly bring new features to the market, you keep the customer informed about what is coming and inspire them with ideas about how they can use the Lytho platform better. You will also work closely with sales management to help negotiate and drive renewals and migrations to a successful completion. You advocate for the customer in our organization with regards to support and the product enhancement roadmap.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors such that all activities are closely aligned with the customer’s business case and business strategy, allowing the full potential of their Lytho solution to be realized
  • Establish and oversee the customer's adoption, training and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value and return on the customer’s investment
  • Facilitate the development of a community of like Lytho customers, routinely sharing best practices and leveraging lessons learned and proactively look for referrals
  • Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Understand and assess customer requirements, level of adoption of the service as it applies roll out and adoption
  • Evangelize application and vertical best practices
  • Serve as a coach and trusted advisor to Lytho customers
  • Proactively collecting (online) reviews / referrals

Requirements

  • Previous experience with a SaaS solutions company
  • Sensitive for organization dynamics
  • Good listener and even better at asking questions
  • Proven experience in managing (preferably) large project implementations
  • Patient and helpful attitude
  • Minimum of BSc. Graduate
