Co Create and Deploy TA Commercial Strategy
Co-Create and drive the TA Commercial Strategy directly linked to CBU objectives. Role will be responsible to co-build and define the demand generation strategy for relevant TA's and lead the channel strategy. Build HCP strategy with compelling plans for TA/ Channels / Patient solutions.
Build and execute rolling forecast commercial strategies and plans based on thorough analysis of Net sales market, environment, competitive and consumer trends and be accountable for financial performance
Follow a structured planning processes ( e.g. Healthcare Engagement Model) and uses planning tools to develop strategic thinking and plans
Focus on selected countries & categories and have a "Test & Learn" mindset - in line with our Lab to Land approach to avoid overload of work.
Lead Operationally and Develop Excellence
Develop and drive the TA Channel & Commercial Strategy and plans, based on thorough analysis of market, environment, competitive and HCP/Patient trends as well as the desired business objectives of the company.
Identify, analyze, follow competitive trends in relevant Therapeutic Areas. Lead the cross functional development of competitive and focused Therapeutic Area strategies to deliver CBU vision and objectives
Insights into Strategy
Market Understanding in relevant TA's (HCP treatment pathway, patient journey, prescriber influencing mapping, epidemiology). Unveal and guide the translation of insights into ideas and strategies that can grow the business and deliver value and competitive advantage.
Create relevant messaging and contact strategies to positively influence KOL's endorsement of the TA.
Combine deep understanding of stakeholder needs and value proposition development and co-develops the competitive value proposition for our brands within a TA by Medical Affairs and Market Access.
Identify stakeholders and gather intelligence on their needs, priorities, influencers and the local competitive environment. Build clear and engaging relationship strategy.
