What you will do

As an intern in the Supply Coordination team, you’ll work across departments and will be exposed to all sides of the business. Based in our Headquarters in Amsterdam, you’ll report directly to our Manager Supply Operations. Your day could involve data entry, marketing, quality control, competitive analysis, supporting our Regional Managers around the world, or complex problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing timelines and supporting efforts to achieve the company’s goals
  • Preparing professional quality documents and communications
  • Monitoring the competitive environment to make sure Tiqets is providing the best option at the best price
  • Improving the quality of our offering, by monitoring reviews and other venue KPI’s, and act upon them together with our City Coordination team

Qualifications

  • You are enrolled as a student in a relevant study
  • You are available for a period of 5 to 6 months (and at least 4 days a week
  • You are living in the Netherlands/EU region
  • To be eligible for an internship, you must be enrolled as a student within the EU.
  • You are goal-oriented, able to work without supervision and have a great sense of responsibility
  • You have a startup mindset and a passion for travel
  • An interest in culture, travel, and museums is a big plus
  • You’re result driven without losing your interpersonal skills
  • You’re able to interact comfortably with team members from around the world
  • Fluent in English. Additional language (Spanish, Italian and/or French) is a plus!
