Why do we need you?
We’re looking for a self-starter who takes over a leading role in further developing our fast-growing business and in driving growth. Over the past two years, we have built an excellent basis with enthusiastic customers. To take on the next level, accelerate our growth and extend our customer base, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team. We are in need of an experienced and smart mind that identifies new opportunities, brings in innovative ideas on how to approach potential customers, and can facilitate the Sales process. Ideally you already have a network in relevant industries. We need you to make Lepaya known worldwide - that’s all we want! As you know our (potential) customers by heart, you will in addition work on the improvement of our product in the very first steps of client contact. How to improve our onboarding? How to ensure a smooth Lepaya journey? We are looking for your answers! To achieve all these goals, you will, of course, be working closely together with different teams within Lepaya.
Specifically, what we would expect you to deliver over the next 6-12 months?
