What exciting project will you work on?

As our customer portfolio grows and diversifies, so must our product and service offering. You’ll help uncover new product development opportunities through researching new and prospective customers, scanning the current competitor and comparator industries for inspiration, ultimately helping to build confidence in our product roadmap.

What else will you be getting involved with? 

On top of this fun and engaging project, you will also work with the product team to explore and uncover insights to inform product development:

  • Identify and recruit research participants
  • Help to create rock solid research plans and conduct a wide range of research activities
  • Participate in healthy cross-functional collaboration within an iterative research, design and development environment
  • Help Castor maximize the impact of medical research, ultimately improving healthcare

What skills you’ll bring

You’ll be an ‘eager beaver’ who uses ideas and insights to make our processes awesome:

  • Familiarity with ‘Design Thinking’ and common research techniques
  • Experience synthesizing info, identifying common themes, and communicating findings
  • An interest in tech and improving the world of medical research 
  • A passion to gain practical experience in design thinking, group facilitation, and research
  • An interest for career paths in the high-demand fields of UX design, innovation & customer insights
