Keen to build a new FINTECH brand and marketing organization in The Netherlands and abroad?
What is the job about?
You will be a strong leader with a clear vision on how to build the Franx brand so it suits the core benefits of our clients with the aim to differentiate Franx from others in the industry and create brand awareness, consideration and preference.As Marketing Lead you are responsible for topics, such as:
1) Develop and manage ATL-marketing campaign as part of the client acquisition strategy;
2) Brand awareness, consideration and preference (including driving NPS score in the organisation);
3) Improve customer loyalty and customer activation by organizing events, create relevant content;
4) Together with the digital marketer take the website to the next level for a better experience: testimonials, (demo) video’s.
You are the thought leader and connecting point on driving profitable client acquisition and the delivery of the brand promise.
In this role you are the engine that drives the marketing roadmap of Franx. You know when and how to deploy an ATL-marketing campaign and control the marketing budget. You will be working with a wide variety of ATL and online marketing channels to increase traffic and conversions.
You work closely together with our digital marketer to constantly optimize our ATL- and online marketing campaign. This requires that traffic and conversion to our platform is maximized through affiliate partnerships, search marketing and retargeting. You also work together with our Business Intelligence analyst to support our acquisition team with intelligent lead generation.

You will report to the CEO and work closely with the Digital Marketer and proposition manager.
