As a Brand Manager for Israel, you will be part of a double digit growing business in an international environment with a passionate and multicultural team that operates in a cross functional way of working.
In this initial assignment, you will be responsible for the brands in the country of Israel.
As a Brand Manager, you will deliver support for the development of the middle-to-long term brand strategy.
Needed for success
The Specialized Nutrition Worldwide CBU continues to grow rapidly (cc. 10% CAGR) in a complex global environment. The CBU is driven by a clear strategic vision “Expedition 150” (150 Million Euro in Net Sales), with a track record of significant growth that will reach >100 million EURO in 2019.
Within this contact and of 40+ markets there are constantly Innovation and Renovation projects to be rolled out (new formats, new recipes, new products) + a lot of regular updates to be made on the several portfolios in milks ( powder and liquid) + foods (cereals) coming from global or the market side. In 2019 we had an amount of 300+ artworks in the pipeline. Considering the SN integration this scope will grow in the upcoming years, bringing new challenges and opportunities, which is why there is a strong and stable WoW and expertise on CBU level needed.
Artwork is a crucial part of the launching process, as it affects the production plan as well as the Marketing activities, this makes it one of the crucial touchpoints for the consumers.
The Artwork manager will deliver on delivering on the stable base within the CBU and on increasing efficiency in an increasing number of artworks to be touched each year.
In the new SN Organization – this will be more critical with the number of products / skus / categories increasing and the increasing artwork technical complexity due to the nature of more specialized categories.
