As HR Support Associate you will service colleagues and managers with all sorts of questions and requests regarding HR Operations, HR Law and legislation, processes, tooling, administration and payroll. You have all the answers, and if you don’t, it’s no problem for you to figure out where to find them. You will be located in Zoetermeer, The Netherlands.
HR Support is positioned within our Business Service (BS) organization which covers Finance, HR, General Secretary, and IS/IT. The HR BS Benelux provides business support to all Category Business Units in the Benelux. These activities include Talent Acquisition & Development, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, International Mobility Management and Personnel Administration & Payroll.

Your primary objective is to ensure the execution of a correct Personnel and Payroll administration. You will be a key driver in achieving a day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Administration & Payroll. You will be fully responsible for drafting HR (legal) correspondence, processing change requests in our administration and payroll systems (Success Factors and ADP – Workforce), follow up administration related to HR topics and keeping our personnel archive up to date.
In addition to the Personnel and Payroll administration the role also involves analyzing and improving our HR systems, workflows and processes in which you will play a key part.
About You
For this position, we're looking for someone with a relevant MBO or Bachelor degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience within Payroll & HR Administration within a Shared Service environment. Your knowledge of both the Dutch and English language is excellent and of course you are up to date with local HR law and regulation topics. You work accurately, possess an eye for detail as well as feeling comfortable in a dynamic working environment that is subject to a high pace of change.
