Job description

Scientific Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays an essential part at Scitodate as he/she onboards new clients and drives adoption of our services. As a ScientificCSM you will be interviewing the decision makers of the clients’ companies to understand their needs and configure the Scitodate product, correspondingly. Afterwards, you will be the main person in charge of the customer journey to make sure that they are getting the value out of our services and thus influence the adoption of Scitodate in their sales and marketing processes. You will be working together with our Scientific CSM and our Product team to make sure that the needs of your customers are met.

Scitodate is a fast growing AI startup based in Amsterdam. Scitodate is working on the edge of AI technologies applied to scientific literature. Currently, leading manufacturers or research equipment use our product to identify all their potential customers in the research world.

What will you do?

  • Onboarding of new customers and supporting them throughout their journey within a subscription period.
  • Configuration of Scitodate product based on customers' input.
  • Making sure that we are creating value for clients.
  • Defining KPIs with clients and making sure to excite the targets.
  • Working with the tech team to transfer users to the tech team at Scitodate for future developments.
  • Maintain the relationship with clients so they become long-term customers.
  • Coordination with the sales and technical teams to align the needs for up-selling.

What are we looking for?

  • You have a scientific background (Masters or PhD in sciences).
  • You enjoy helping others in their work.
  • You can easily absorb and process a highly technical information and publications in Life Sciences and Material research fields.
  • You are organized and systematic in your work with a great time management.
  • You like learning new topics outside of your field of expertise.
  • You are an excellent communicator.
  • You speak fluent English.
  • Preferably, you have work experience in Nanotech, Biotech, Pharma or similar industries.
