Job description
Scientific Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays an essential part at Scitodate as he/she onboards new clients and drives adoption of our services. As a ScientificCSM you will be interviewing the decision makers of the clients’ companies to understand their needs and configure the Scitodate product, correspondingly. Afterwards, you will be the main person in charge of the customer journey to make sure that they are getting the value out of our services and thus influence the adoption of Scitodate in their sales and marketing processes. You will be working together with our Scientific CSM and our Product team to make sure that the needs of your customers are met.
