sloggi, the world’s most wearable everyday, innovative body wear is going through exciting times and we have an opportunity for two Independent Sales Representatives to join us through this period. The sloggi brand is present across the whole value chain; from design to distribution and sales via retail or partner stores. As a sloggi ambassador, you will live our values and drive our sales.

Your daily work

As our sloggi Sales Reps your primary focus is to grow and manage the sales of the sloggi brand across the Netherlands region. You sell the collection to the stores and you execute store management activities regarding sell-out, visual merchandising, activity setup and planning of products and campaigns. Additionally, you support our partners in line with our company policies and procedures and you train them to optimize visual merchandising standards. You build great business relationships with existing and new clients to constantly improve our brand image.

You will work within an ambitious sales team building strong retail partnerships and brand equity, with a focus on high standards of customer/consumer satisfaction. We are looking for our reps to be based across the Netherlands, ideally you will be based in either the North East or North West of Holland with a third opportunity available to be based in central Benelux, ideally Belgium.

Your personal goals:

  • Deliver sales targets and KPIs for your district
  • Motivate and inspire store employees in the stores with full focus on the end consumer
  • Work with business economics and administration – sell through, turnover, DB, VPT and much more
  • Create dynamic activity plans together with the partners by analyzing different facts and sales progress
  • Drive rebuilds / adjustments of stores and other non-sales activities
  • Spread the sloggi Brand story

The right candidate:

  • Has 2-3 years in-store sales experience providing first class customer service. Ideally within a fashion, life style brands or FMCG related industry
  • Has a track record of successful projects and excellent results within commercial sales and client services/management
  • Is a persistent, independently and a self-starter
  • Is committed to delivering and exceeding targets
  • Is diplomatic, open minded and a strong relationship builder, who communicate easily with people on all levels
  • Has a “DO IT” mentality and is eager to explore new ways of doing things
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
