Duration: 6 months

We are not able to support this assignment with a thesis. For this reason, we do require an availability of 40 hours per week.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Being part of the Personal Health (B2C) Digital Team of the Benelux market.

You will be involved with collecting and monitoring large sets of marketing data and besides that optimizing and evaluating campaigns for all digital marketing channels. Analyzing and creating actions from insights is a main part of your daily business together with supporting the 2 digital analysts. You will deliver new, creative and effective ideas based on your analysis and contribute to the online strategy of our categories within Personal Health. Supporting the marketer and the digital team regarding the effectivity of a (media) campaign will be one of your main important activities.

All together means that you will be a spider in the web regarding data and analysis. You will update internal stakeholders (for example a media manager, marketer, online merchandise manager) but also be regularly in contact with campaign traders and all involved parties.

You are responsible for

  • Checking data in database/ -tools
  • Testing campaign tags and tracking links
  • Help with further developments of our automated dashboards, esp. data quality assurance and building new visualizations
  • Creating presentations, e.g. campaign optimization and evaluations
  • Performing ad-hoc analyses regarding website or 1st party data deep dives
  • And more activities related to digital (marketing) analytics…

You are a part of

The Benelux digital team, which is a young and vibrant team with many digital disciplines: Digital Marketers, Customer Relationship Managers, Philips Shop owners and the performance team. At digital, we work hard to outperform on digital while having fun along the way as well. Every day new things and new wishes/ideas cross our path, which make sure our days, are never the same. You will be working at our office in Eindhoven, at the High Tech Campus building 52.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • attending a University or University of Applied Sciences with a major in the area of: Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, Business Information Management, Economics or Statistics
  • Interest in Web Analytics Tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
  • Affinity with social and web metrics, and its application in the Digital Marketing universe
  • Basic knowledge (willing to grow to be advanced in) Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in oral and written English, basic knowledge of Dutch preferred
  • Interest in and passion for data is a must
  • Enthusiastic, quick – learner and data-savvy
