Product Supply Europe is split up in 3 key blocks; Creation (planning accountable), Operations (execution efficiency) & Interface (business partnering).

FOR OUR OPEN POSITION WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE IN THE INTERFACE FUNCTION:

  • Create visibility on projected availability and inventory performance
  • Business control: availability and inventory
  • Translate commercial needs related to availability and inventory into supply chain requirements/ solutions
  • Manage risk/ opportunities related to availability and inventory

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team management: day-to-day, objectives, development
  • Process lead: responsible for identifying and leading process improvements
  • Process execution: Ensure proper and timely execution of the BC activities, validate system parameters: prio, safety…
  • Performance: Manage escalations & lead Business control activities, Initiate performance improvement plan with key stakeholders
  • Business partnership: Translate business needs into supply chain solutions, coordinate pilot and support roll-out across team

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Conceptual thinking and analytical Skills
  • Advanced presentation skills and ability to drive decisions
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Fluent English language skills (written and oral)
  • Good IT-/EDP-skills including Excel, Access and Word. Comfortable with learning internal systems such as SCM, RMS/PDM, IB/GPS, ILS/FLS and SIM.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College or university degree with a focus on Supply Chain Management and/or Sporting Goods preferred; alternatively, equivalent combination of education and related work experience in the field of Supply Chain Management and/or Sporting Goods
  • Ideally people managing experience
  • 3-5 years working experience in the Sporting Goods industry (with a focus on demand and supply planning, S&OP, production, materials, etc.)
