The department Motion within the Twinscan Factory is responsible for the production of all critical linear actuators for all ASML platforms. We contribute in creating complex linear actuators in the dynamic, high-tech development and production environment of ASML. ASML Motion is a production location of about 100 FTE in Oirschot, outside the main Veldhoven campus (18 km).
ASML is introducing a lot of new communication tools for her employees, such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. There are also a number of old tools available and in use such as shared drives and intra-net sites. Furthermore a very diverse use of communication tools such as newsletters, distribution lists.
Currently we are struggling to find the most optimal way to connect employees and share information while keeping in mind the required security rules. We would like to have a professional plan and setup of our communication tools.
We are looking for a 2nd or 3rd year Bachelor student in Communication studies or related with experience and affinity in the use of tools such as SharePoint.
You are open minded, pro-active and able to find answers yourself. You are able to create a clear project structure / planning.
This is an apprentice internship for a minimum of 3 months and with a starting date April-June for 2-3 days per week.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
