What are you going to do?

As a Business Process Analyst at AWL you support and work together with the Global Management to implement our business strategy and process improvements. We drive this with our Strategic Program. It is your challenge to initiate, lead and set-up these process improvements on a global level. Therefore you interact directly with the global process owners and other stakeholders/ departments within our organization. Together with the Global Process Owner you will investigate and globally implement appropriate processes in line with our business strategy, and align these with Enterprise Architecture.

You are responsible for the development and further optimization of measures to monitor the integration, performance and efficiency of the AWL processes and guide and provide feedback towards the process owners. You encourage and motivate your colleagues, support the business to enable efficiency benefits and will frequently give updates to our senior management. For example, by presenting analyses, solutions and business cases to them. For the biggest part of your time, you’ll work for the Strategic Program, and report to the Program Manager of the Strategic Program.

In this role you also lead and monitor the effective application of our Quality Management System and certification globally, to assure that processes and standards set are followed.

You bridge the gap between people and processes, with an entrepreneurial mindset and by nature have strong analytical, coordinating and planning skills. You have a drive to align processes globally. You can easily switch between different organizational levels and have a curious attitude.

In addition, you will recognize yourself in the following:

  • A finished Master’s degree, preferably in a business administration direction and affinity with IT and production management;
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Proven knowledge of Business Process Management;
  • Experience with ERP / PLM, Project Management and in implementing process improvements and ERP implementations;
  • Experience with stakeholder management, with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Experience in translating the impact of legislation and regulations into operational processes;
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages;
  • Preferably you have worked in a technical and/or international working environment;
  • You are available 40 hours a week;
  • Willingness to travel.
