The CTM team is responsible for category management in the broadest sense of the word; from initiating product launches to (promotional) execution, as well as completing communication BTL and final shelf completion. Driven by consumer/shopper trends and market insights, you ensure that consumers come across, recognize and buy our products in the store and/or online. The CTM team is the bridge between Marketing, Sales, the retailer, and the consumer.
