Introduction

This is an apprentice internship for a Bachelor or Master student in Human Resources. This assignment is also suitable as a graduation assignment.

Job Mission

The sector Customer Support is responsible for the services (maintenance & repairs, installs, upgrades and relocations) at customer sites. CS is organized in a global matrix organization, combining a CS field organization with 5 regions and 4 CS Segments that are aligned with the overall business line (BL) structure at ASML. Customer Support employs over 5400 employees, of which around 1000 based in the Netherlands. You will be part of the Customer Support HR team which exists of 10 HR professionals.

Job Description

You will be responsible for a few people Key Performance Indicators of the department and for various projects regarding people development. Support your direct HR colleagues and you will have the opportunity to start your own improvement project(s).

Education

You are a Bachelor or Master student in Human Resource Studies or similar who is looking for a challenging internship in a dynamic and international environment.

You have advanced Excel skills and have an analytical mindset. You see improvements and address them in the process, you like to think out of the box and can take on an advising role when needed. Besides that, you are a real team-player and you have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

This is an apprentice internship, with the possibility to do a graduation assignment, for a minimum duration of 6 months for at least 4 days a week. We prefer students who can start as soon as possible.
