Some of these 3rd party devices can have a negative influence on our image quality. To make sure there is no negative effect, these devices need to be tested with our MRI. If the tests are successful, this will lead to a compatibility statement. With this statement, Philips formally approves that the 3rd party is allowed to interact with our MRI. The 3rd Party Project Manager is responsible for planning the tests, performing and document the test together with a small technical team existing out of a system engineer, test engineer and a quality engineer. There is the possibility to extend the responsibilities to include Program Manager activities, such as alignment with the Program team existing out of Procurement managers, the Clinical team manager and the Product Manager.
  • Department Manufacturing Engineering Products: the department is responsible for technology development and future factory programs across the sites, global standardization, leverage of capabilities & competences, best practice sharing. In the technology department we are working on developing the digital supply chain for increasing the efficiency of the factories. In such demanding conditions, safety, quality and performance are critical. The assignment will involve understanding user needs in terms of personalization as well as developing and validating an AI/ML-based model, trained on medical images and acquisition settings, dose levels, image processing preferences etc. The goal is to facilitate the operator in achieving the optimal image quality and to automate the process of tuning of image processing parameters to fulfill the personalization needs of the user.
