The Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition is a member of the Organization Development CoE and is accountable for translating business strategies into recruiting solutions and then leading a global team of recruiting to deliver these solutions / initiatives to support business talent needs.

Reporting to the Director, Organization Development, this position requires an expert recruiting operations leader who truly has a sense of urgency, thrives in collaborative environments and who has the ability to influence others.

This incumbent will be accountable for assuring all recruiting services are of good quality and will bring together broader talent functions, shared services support, HR Technology and talent acquisition teams to drive solutions collaboratively.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Create and implement the strategy and framework for how we operationally drive recruiting processes and systems in our global operations
  • Lead teams accountable for the execution of recruiting and creation of comprehensive project plans for new tools and process standard implementations. Team members are located in North America, South America, Australia, and Europe.
  • Deliver programs on candidate experience, recruiter productivity driven through process, automation and technology. This work will require partnership across the HR and business teams.
  • Select, partner and manage vendor relationships with external partners who supply services to the organization ranging from search firms to employment branding partners. Assess performance and ensure vendor success.
  • Take accountability for budgetary management and tracking of spend to budget associated with our strategic initiatives
  • Drive work to optimize the use of data for better and faster decision making.
  • Lead global, cross functional initiatives, as well as change / transformation efforts in the Talent Acquisition arena
  • Define and measure quality standards to enhance hiring manager and candidate experience and gain process efficiencies
  • Identify problems / root causes to deliver best in class agile solutions
  • Ensure work is moving forward with quality and on time according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Communicate goals, objectives and updates with the team and stakeholders, thoughtfully and proactively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 6+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on recruitment programs, tools and systems
  • Proven people management experience
  • Experience working collaboratively with recruitment teams and customers
  • Outstanding analytical skills, problem solving, and attention to detail
  • Experience working with HR technologies, Workday strongly preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
