Forget back-office finance. This is about more than just crunching the numbers. As part of the Mars Finance Leadership Experience, you’ll be integrated into the business, working as a co-pilot, offering advice and making recommendations that will be highly valued. Ultimately we are looking for future leaders in Finance and we hope that you will be one of them.
What will I be doing?
The traineeship consists of three 12-month placements working in supply finance, demand finance and financial control. Each placement is a real job with high-value responsibilities. You could be working at any of our sites and in any of our categories (Confectionery, Petcare or Food). And you’ll spend one year working in another European country. So you’ll get enormous business exposure and have invaluable opportunities to develop your skills, experience and management style.
What support can I expect?
Throughout the programme you’ll have support from a mentor – a senior manager, and buddy – a graduate who’s ‘been there and done that’ before. And when the time comes for your all-important international experience, our exceptional support package will provide everything you need to settle into your new environment.
What do you offer?
