Within ASML we value our collaboration with students and schools. Our student programs are an important way to get in touch with talented students. These are mostly students with a technical background. The HR Talent Programs team coordinates this group as part of the recruitment department of ASML. At the student office we manage all HR processes for students, like recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding. The program manager student programs MBO/HBO manages programs like BBL, Duaal and collaborations with regional schools.
You will be an intern in the HR Talent Programs team for Student Programs running at ASML. You will support and assist the Program Manager with the following activities:
You are a Bachelor or Master student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar. You have affinity with Education and Project Management and you feel at home in a high-tech environment. You have good communication skills in Dutch and English. You are proactive, independent and have an analytical attitude. This is an apprentice internship with possibilities to do a graduation assignment.
The internship has a duration of minimum 6 months, for 4 or 5 days a week. The preferred start date will be March / April 2020.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
