Bosch Rexroth Ltd is offering one student the opportunity to work with us at our St Neots office on a 12 month placement scheme. The purpose of this role is to work in our Customer Logistics Planning Department, supporting the team on logistical and commercial issues. You will work within a team in a busy department. You may have the opportunity to support the wider CLP team across St Neots, Cirencester and Wakefield.

Job Description

  • Support of commercial and logistical issues
  • Support Customer Logistic planners in their daily business
  • Process sales orders, purchase requisitions and purchase orders
  • Assist with progressing of urgent requirements
  • Update and maintain master data in our SAP system
  • Understanding some specific processes then producing complete working instructions for these processes
  • A specific project which will bring continuous improvement to the department

Qualifications

  • Studying for a degree in a business discipline
  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Good attention to detail, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Analytical and flexible approach to work
  • Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Able to use own initiative with the ability to work on own as well as part of a team
  • Effective organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently
