Project, Management & Coordination
The Project Management & Coordination Team consists of experience engineers focusing on setting up your project team colleagues and the client up for success. Together with the Project Management Coordination team (in short PMC) you will realize outstanding projects for our clients worldwide. This is what your contribution to this team could look like:
On a day to day basis, you will coordinate, organize and facilitate projects in an efficient, effective and proactive manner. You will mainly support the trainers/facilitators and learning designers by working on the entire logistical process of the programs. You are involved in e.g. making planning’s, booking flights and hotels, arranging training materials for the trainers/facilitators and are in contact with our delegates in regard to invitations. Besides, you are the contact person for the external training locations and determine room set up, breaks and equipment. You will re-read and lay-out texts and create sales and training presentations for our solutions. And when needed, you support our own Experience Center.
Skills and Qualifications
This internship is meant for the organizing type, the one that loves handling a variety of tasks while maintaining the overview and who is creative in coming up with effective solutions to challenges. This person wants to be original in the experience he/she is creating. And dares to take ownership but operates as a team. You have an engaging personality, you are hospitable and spontaneous with a flexible and stress resistant work ethic.
The Business Development Team consists of experience engineers focusing on sales, account management and (on- & offline) marketing & events. This is what your contribution to this team could look like:
You will support the Business Development team in being successful and will be empowered to do so in many different ways. You enjoy calling (potential) clients and arranging appointments for your colleagues. You prefer this way of contact above sending emails, because even on the phone, your smile can be noticed. You either have a natural talent to write great commercial texts or would love to get the hang of that. You ensure that appealing business proposals are sent out. Your structured way of working results in an up to date CRM system containing all client information and events. This will help you to generate accurate management reports, such as the weekly forecast and overviews of running proposals. In the end, you and the team want to measure how successful you are. Since you will also support selling the meeting rooms of our Experience Center, you will have a direct impact on our sales results. And your hospitality heart will beat a bit faster when you help out operationally once in a while during huge (marketing) events that are held in our Experience Center.
Skills and Qualifications
This internship is meant for the organizing type, the one that loves to get things done, and who is tech-savvy. This person has an excellent Dutch (native) and English (second language) vocabulary and whose spelling is flawless. Taking ownership and being a supporting team member are things you do naturally. You have an engaging personality, you are hospitable and spontaneous with a flexible and stress resistant work ethic.
The Experience Center Team is the heart of our organization and is responsible for creating an unforgettable PS experience. This is what your contribution to this team could look like:
You will let our guests, clients and colleagues feel what a desired PS experience is and your way of doing so is an inspiration to all of them. In this internship you will be managing our Front Office, learn how to sell our meeting spaces and how to create and maintain client relationships. Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for all operational and organizational events in the office. Amongst others you can think about handling all incoming and outgoing communication (phone, email, post); organizing internal events; offer facility support (e.g. manage supplies and tidiness of the office). All you do is focused on creating delight. Coming up with ideas for presents (to give to business acquaintances or colleagues), coffee breaks and other ways to surprise and delight. And once in a while, you be supporting your colleagues with events at external locations as host.

This person enjoys connecting with people, loves to create smiles on their faces and speaks Dutch and English fluently. You have an engaging personality, you are hospitable and spontaneous with a flexible and stress resistant work ethic.
Our Talent Experience Engineer focuses on our full HR Reverse Cycle: Attract, Immerse, Grow, Reward & Recognize, Sustain and Go. This is what your contribution to this team could look like:
You will support with reinforcing PS as an employer brand and support our organizational development, with a focus on succession planning, team member growth and team building. On a day to day basis, you will take care of administrative formalities, such as contract extensions, employment statements and preparing monthly salary payments. You will provide guidance on company policies and find new talented colleagues. Besides that you will offer coaching and support to HR related matters. And, you will be the ‘vertrouwenspersoon’ when your colleagues need you to be.

This internship is meant for the listening type, the one that loves to get things done and who can easily manage a variety of tasks in a structured way. This person likes to connect with others and uses his/her well-developed Dutch and English vocabulary to do so. Taking ownership is what you are known for next to your creativity. You have an engaging personality, you are hospitable and spontaneous with a flexible and stress resistant work ethic.
Inprove (Mystery Shopping Solutions)
The Inprove Team consists of consultants, working throughout Europe, focusing on measuring and monitoring customer and employee experience. This is what your contribution to this team could look like:
If you ever want to experience how it feels to be: a high maintaining customer, organize large meeting requests or book a presidential suite in one of the most expensive hotels in the world? This internship will give you that opportunity! Booking and evaluating these email/telephone conversations between hotel, retailer and customer will be one of your core activities. You are responsible for the daily operations within our Inprove department, taking care of the coordination, organization and facilitation within a variety of Inprove projects.
On a day to day basis, you will be scheduling the monthly Mystery Calls (and the scoring and proofreading of the calls) for our international customers and assign them to the team of mystery callers. You will also conduct and evaluate the mystery calls yourself, in particular for the reservations- and meeting & event teams for our larger projects. And of course, participate in the design of Inprove projects to help the customers understand the gap between their brand promise and the actual customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications
This internship is meant for the social type, the one that loves to pick up the phone and gets things done. This person is structured, uses analytical skills to offer quality advise to our clients based on data from a variety of systems. And of course, speaks and writes Dutch and English fluently. Speaking the Germany language is a fabulous benefit that you could have! You have an engaging personality, you are hospitable and spontaneous with a flexible and stress resistant work ethic.
