Role

We are looking to recruit a Litigation Assistant to join our Liability team in the Dublin office. The role will involve assisting lawyers within the team to proactively progress cases to resolution and provide efficient support so that targets of the team are met.

The ideal candidate will have some previous claims handling experience, although this is not essential.

Whilst the role will mainly focus on supporting the Liability team, the successful candidate will also have opportunity provide support to the Healthcare and Insurance teams.

Team

Kennedys liability team provides strategic advice on underwriting, coverage, and management of claims through the litigation process with particular expertise in travel, fraud, product liability, catastrophic injury, and property subrogation.

Clients

  • Market leading insurers in Ireland.

Required experience

  • Strong Academics (degree or equivalent)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to manage own time and to prioritise work effectively
  • Meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Previous Claims Handling experience would be ideal but not essential.
