Otrium is expanding rapidly and you can be part of it! We have just raised 7 million euros in order to grow our platform internationally. We are looking for a Customer Social Media intern who will bring our customer experience on social media to a higher level. You will be part of the Customer Experience team and you will focus on improving our communication on different channels to make sure Otrium can improve the experiences of our customers.

Through an amazing team effort we have been able to grow by 1000% in the past year. Now, we are looking for more amazing people to join our ambitious, committed and fun team to take the next step with Otrium.
Our ambition for the coming year is to become a household name in the Netherlands and Belgium while launching pilots in other European countries. Today Otrium operates out of a vibrant office in the Houthavens of Amsterdam. Here, we can make a huge impact on one of e-commerce's fastest-growing categories.
On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the team is daily up-to-date from what’s going on social media with our customers;- Making sure that every customer on social media is valued and heard;- Giving updates about our most wanted fashion items;- Convincing customers about our product and services;
Giving fashion advice to customers about different styles;- Creating new ideas of how to improve our customer experience;
