This is what you do for our customer

Within this role you support the users of the application (Oracle Fusion Cloud and some smaller liaised applications) and solve incidents within the applications. Herewith you are in daily contact with end users, but you also consult on requested changes with the user organisation. You will implement standard and non-standard changes, including the documentation of change proposals. In addition you will support the user organisation with changes on both the systems as well as processes. Currently we are implementing the Oracle Fusion Cloud solution, with an estimated go live of 2020. You will play a key role in this project, defining the (business) requirements and ensuring all set up is correct.

This is how you do it

  • You reach out to our business partners to investigate how we can go to the next level;
  • You pro-actively monitor the correct functioning of the systems (OFC);
  • In case of issues, you seek for the solution, and persevere until the issue is solved;
  • You deliver fist line support towards the end users, and are the linking pin towards the second line support organization and the Oracle support organisation;
  • You don’t get nervous on managing (strict) deadlines and implementing new ways of working.

As an Employee Functional Support you will be part of the Business and Transformation department within Financial Operations. You will be reporting to the manager Business Support and Transformation. This recently formed team is the face of the Finance organisation towards the rest of VodafoneZiggo. Basically we serve our 12,000 colleagues.   • Ideally bachelor level education in IT or grown to this level with experience;
  • 5-7 years’ experience within a Functional Management organisation;
  • Expert knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (in one or more of the following areas: G/L, Logistics, projects, fixed assets, UAM) and preferably APRO;
  • Preferably proven experience in implementing new processes, and further process optimisation;
  • Profound knowledge of ITIL;
  • Able to close the gap between the end users and the technical experts;
  • Speaking Dutch is a requirement!
