Purpose & Goals
The goal of the Head of People and Culture (HOPC) is to secure the availability of qualified and engaged Human Resources aligned with the company’s strategy to facilitate and enable extensive and sustainable growth and execute on the business strategy.
The HOPC is responsible for the staffing and development of all teams. Develops, implements and monitors HR policy within the framework of legislation and regulations and the company vision. The HOPC acts as a trusted advisor for management and as a manager of the own HR department. The HOPC ensures a reliable and effective implementation and execution of the entire HR operation. The HOPC is a key member of the operational management team.
