Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Site Controller based in Utrecht who can make a difference within Kraft Heinz. The Site Controller will be the finance business partner of the Site manager and will be part of the Management Team of the factory and also of the European manufacturing finance team. The Site Controller will lead the finance team in the Utrecht factory that provides support to the factory team and is responsible for standard costing and planning & control activities. The focus in Utrecht is on operational excellence and the Site Controller will need to provide support to make sure the factory will show year on year improvements.

In brief, you will be responsible for:

• Leading of planning & control cycle (actuals, forecast, budget) within Koninklijke de Ruijter (owned by Kraft Heinz) and delivering the result

• Analysis of financial performance for the site; risks identification and opportunities

• Managing SOX controls

• Support as team member in local improvement projects

• Robust financial processes and improvements thereto in Utrecht

• Support for New Product Development projects

Qualifications

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

• University degree in Finance

• Experience in Production, Logistics and Cost Controlling

• Ability to combine a helicopter view with the details required to run the process

• Ability to cope with tight deadlines and high change environment

• Ability to motivate and guide people

• Language Knowledge: English & Dutch (preferably, not mandatory)
