Business Analyst

WorldACD is looking for a Business Analyst. In this job you will combine multiple roles

• Analyse air cargo data and report on trends & patterns
• Generate new insights for our customers
• Support customers and colleagues in their data needs & questions
• Develop and implement techniques to identify and solve potential data issues and to improve the data processing
• Communication with customers in order to understand the data and safeguard data consistency
• Participate in the monthly data processing & reporting

Suitable candidates for the current vacancies will most likely fit the following profile:

• HBO or University degree
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Eager to explore large datasets and find meaningful patterns.
• Drive for continuous improvement in a long term perspective.
• Passion for analytics and business intelligence
• Experience with writing SQL queries in a large database
• Expert user in Excel and preferably in other data exploration tools
