We’re here to help people find that perfect shoe every single time. We have created a way to make a 3D scan of your feet and match that profile with our own (and the world’s largest) database of 3D-scanned shoes. Our goal is to inspire people to do what they love in maximum comfort, whether it’s running a marathon, dancing all night or simply going for a stroll in the park.

What you'll do

The Strategic Account Director is a senior B2B sales role. You will have the end-to-end responsibility for managing and growing our strategic accounts, which include some of the largest retailers and shoe brands in the world.  You will work together with all of our departments to make our customers successful.   

In a nutshell, you will:

  • Build and maintain relationships with the key omni channel customers of SafeSize
  • Ensure a smooth customer journey including onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction after implementation
  • Deep-sell on current accounts
  • Collaborate and coordinate internally with different teams (product, engineering, operations, finance)
  • Lead the Strategic Account team with the support of Area Managers

Job requirements

 What do we expect from you?

  • 6-8 years of proven commercial experience 
  • Continuous learning/ desire for personal growth
  • Retail experience is a big plus – specifically footwear would be preferred
  • Fluent English + Fluent German speaking
  • Hands-on with a strong service mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (~20-30%)
