You probably know how works from a jobseeker perspective, but how does it work on the employer side of the platform? Your job is simple yet challenging; Sell our platform to businesses ranging from start-ups to multinationals. Your clients are HR managers and recruiters, which are never dull.  In closing deal after deal, you’ll discover the market, whilst also building a valuable network. already is a household name, how much larger can you grow it?

Job specific responsibilities / tasks:

  • In this capacity, you’re the main contact person for our key clients, focuses on relationship-building and proactive support.
  • You will ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings and revenue objectives.
  • Freedom to take initiative in your own projects aimed at generating new business. 
  • Keep on learning with weekly trainings and put your knowledge into practice. 


  • Loves to take ownership
  • Minimal two years of commercial experience 
  • Fluent in Dutch (in speech and writing)
  • Fluent in English (in speech and writing)

We expect you to continuously strive for the number one goal: generate new business and maintain your annual recurring revenue. We value analytical skills (e.g. logic, reasoning and problem solving) and the ability to identify, assess and use the right information or resources needed to achieve your goal.  You will work directly with one of our MD’s, so we expect you to communicate and report effectively and understand the (short-term and long-term) business goals.
