Job Description

This placement position is based in the Project Management department for Chassis Control Systems, closely liaising with the Sales team, where there will be a chance for highly responsible, autonomous and creative working along with the support of commercial project topics. The successful applicant will work as a member of the team with diverse responsibilities, supporting the team in the areas of project management and departmental administration. These tasks will involve use of several logistics and ordering systems, direct liaison with the customer and with Bosch associates including Bosch manufacturing facilities throughout the world.

  • Support the team with projects and coordination activities
  • Support control of all purchase orders internally/ customer
  • Processing and monitoring of prototype parts
  • Continuous liaison with Bosch internal departments and the customer teams
  • Maintenance and control of Project Management and customer documentation
  • Preparation of internal and external meetings, events, presentations and travel arrangements
  • Compliance administration
  • Team equipment procurement

Qualifications

  • Studying a degree in Business / Business Admin and/or Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong time and task management skills
  • Work methodically and to defined processes
  • Have clear written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Team player, outgoing, people oriented
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Determined and ambitious

Additional Information

Please note that we would like you to start in June 2020 for a 12-month Internship. This position is open to undergraduates who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their degree course.
