Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in Benelux channel sales with relationships at the C-level.
  • Industry experience in cloud computing, enterprise hardware, software and services.
  • Experience engaging/enabling resellers, system integrators, and consultants to manage a range of enterprise products, including Cloud, G Suite, Devices, Maps, and vertical solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience leading channel sales teams in a fast-paced high tech industry.
  • Proven track record of forecasting channel sales and exceeding quotas.
  • Proven performance with increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
  • Established relationships and presence with Cloud channel partners in the Benelux.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, solve complex problems and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

About the job

Google Cloud teams work with companies and agencies to make them more productive, mobile, and collaborative. On this team, you will drive Google Cloud business relationships by analyzing partner business performance, identifying methods of increasing partner and Google returns, pitching ideas to and identifying opportunities within partners, and coordinating across Google teams to deliver.

As the Head of Partners and Channels, you'll drive our overall Cloud business in the Benelux through leadership of the Channel Partner Ecosystem. This is a high profile role, you'll work as part of the leadership team for Cloud in Benelux, a priority cloud market in EMEA. You'll use your strategy, operations, program management and execution skills to grow and scale our channel partners including, but not limited to distribution partners, regional systems integrators, global consulting partners, and managed service partners. You will create and execute the channel go-to-market strategy and leading/growing a team of experts to drive channel business growth, in close conjunction with the global Sales teams. You will also focus on building relationships with partners to ensure that Google Cloud is a partner of choice. You have experience in channel sales, deep industry and channel relationships and excellent analytical and communication/presentation skills. You'll additionally be a recognized leader in this market and will represent Google at the leadership levels at channel events and conferences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and scale a channel-driven business and develop a strategy for driving channel growth. Partner with the Programs team to design and launch programs that maximize channel-driven sales pipeline and business growth.
  • Partner with leaders to create and execute channel-driven business growth strategies, account plans and business processes for assigned list of key accounts. Establish and grow C-level relationships with partners.
  • Establish relationships and collaborate with leaders across Google’s sales, professional services, marketing, support, and partner training and enablement teams. Deliver a One Google approach with channel partners, contribute to the growth and direction of Google Cloud.
  • Establish operating excellence and lead quarterly and annual business planning for Benelux channel sales, by working cross-functionally.
  • Hire, train and mentor a channel go-to-market team.
