Here at Takeaway.com (or Thuisbezorgd.nl to Dutch customers!), we’ve made mealtimes easier, quicker and tastier for people in 11 countries. From burgers in Brussels to noodles in Nijmegen, many of the 40+ million orders we took in the third quarter of 2019 came from the Benelux region.

We’ve come a long way since our first delivery way back in 2000. But we are now we’re growing faster than ever. And with our continued development, there are more exciting opportunities than ever before.

Here’s what you’ll do:

As Customer Activation Manager Benelux, you will contribute to the order growth of our existing customer base in the Benelux region. Customer engagement and increase in order frequency are your most important KPI’s. To build a six-month rolling activation plan, you’ll dig into customer behaviour and data to uncover opportunities for growth.

To validate your findings, you will set up small experiments to get real user feedback. Then, it’s time to make it real: working with external partners, restaurants and/or internal stakeholders, you’ll develop new propositions and execute campaigns that attract Benelux consumers.

Using your strong analysis, you’re able to make key decisions on everything from budget management to structuring long-term partnerships. Your focus is the Benelux region, but everything that you develop is done with scalable potential in mind. That means your great ideas can potentially be rolled out across all our markets

Confident building relationships with a range of different stakeholders? That’s a big tick in the box. This role means working closely with numerous Takeaway.com teams.

You’ll be liaising with everyone from Brand to CRM, and Business Intelligence analysts to B2B specialists at Partner Services. We’re also counting on you to coordinate activities and negotiations with external partners, securing deals with the right ingredients.

What’s more, we’re giving you the ideal way to kick off this role. In the coming months, you’ll be activating our UEFA Euro 2020 sponsorship in Benelux. We need you on the field with us!

Are you the one?

Want to contribute to our growth in the Benelux? That’s great news. But can you also deliver us:

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing, business development or product roles
  • Fluent English and Dutch (spoken and written). French is a plus
  • Previous negotiation experience with external partners
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to conduct your own campaign analysis. Working knowledge of the following is a bonus: GA 360, Excel, SQL.
  • Analytical and creative mindset: able to think of new ideas with KPIs and revenue in mind
