Purpose of the role

In the role as Group Security Program Coordinator you will manage the day-to-day execution of the Cyber Transformation Programs defined at the Group level to ensure security directions are reflected at the Group level and at the entities level through the deployment of security projects. To grant the onboarding and buy-in of all impacted stakeholders into the security programs you will be responsible to report on the project’s key indicators to the Chief Security Office and first line IT and operational managers.

Deliverables / Tasks

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of the Cyber Transformation Programs with key stakeholders, ensuring that risks and issues are tracked, and gaps are identified and proposing corrective solutions
  • Coordinate projects at the Group and their interdependencies between the various projects and programs
  • Responsible for the report consolidation of programs’ progress, milestones, budget, resources, issues, risks & benefits to Ingenico’s senior management
  • Identify, highlight, integrate and advise on standard and non-standard security requirements in the project lifecycle for different projects within Ingenico
  • Ensure the onboarding & buy-in from all impacted stakeholders through change management communications, reporting & awareness
  • Cyber transformation programs include Cyber innovation, Unified regulatory assurance, Security platforms hardening, Cloud resilience et al

Critical Competencies

  • A team player with strong execution skills, able to navigate the matrix and work with different stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, pragmatism and goal-oriented, solution thinking with a global and business mindset
  • Able to deliver the message in a concise and clear way


  • Master Degree in Computer Science or comparable degree programs
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in cybersecurity with experience of performing a similar role in other organizations
  • Good level of English and communications skills to collaborate with different type of stakeholders (security, IT and business)
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Experience with implementing regulation compliance (PCI DSS, PCI PTS, PCI P2PE)
  • Management skills and certifications (PMP, Prince2, Scrum)
  • CISM and/or CISSP certification
  • Experience in the financial industry
