HR Representative:

HR Representatives support employees and managers on important issues such as hiring, relocation, benefits, career development, performance, compensation, and promotions. You’ll act as the point of contact for some of the important events in people’s careers as well as the necessary routine ones, supporting them through these and helping them liaise with the business. You’ll be responsible for organizing and conducting employee information meetings, helping line management with various talent duties and coordinating training and recruitment activities. It’s a varied role where you’ll learn our business inside-out, even helping with hiring applications where appropriate. If you’re looking to understand how a leading business designs and implements successful HR policy then this is the role for you.

You’ll need a relevant university degree and up to two years’ experience in HR or business is beneficial.
