Dutch Analytics kick-started in December 2016 and is growing fast. We are an international, smart and ambitious team.

We are building ‘the leading Platform’ which facilitates hosting, fast deployment, testing and implementation of all AI models, throughout their lifecycle. The idea for the platform is born out of the fact that 90% of all AI models are never put into operations. We were once in the shoes of data scientists: We had the AI models but not the infrastructure to put them to use. So, we built our own platform and called it XENIA. It’s a ready to use web-based service (SaaS). With XENIA data science departments are able to deploy AI models within minutes and save months of work, without requiring any additional development skills.

The position

Dutch Analytics is currently building the structure and teams to accelerate the growth of our business and is looking for a talented marketing professional to manage, drive and execute the marketing & community related activities.

This is a hands-on and dynamic position. As the marketing manager, you will raise awareness, identify demand and generate leads by using a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics such as digital marketing, social media marketing, website, conferences, field events, direct mail, webinars and PR.

In this position you will be part of the corporate team and will report to the CEO. This role is a great opportunity for someone who values freedom and the opportunity to pioneer while developing their career at the forefront of innovation.

An idea of the activities you will be involved in as a Marketing Manager:

· Management and optimization of the website and social media platforms: ensure our digital presence is fully up to date with the latest content and the key messages are displayed throughout and consistently.

· Develop campaigns that drive engagement, acquisition and loyalty towards our target audiences (enterprises and data scientists).

· Gain a thorough understanding of our value proposition and our target audience needs and translate this into a marketing strategy.

· Analyse the performance of campaigns and events, and provide recommendations for future enhancements and optimization.

· Create an annual marketing plan.

· Drive and support internal and external focused events.

· Built a community for the (potential) users of the DA platform.

Essential skills:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

· 3+ years’ experience in online marketing in an international B2B environment.

· Knowledge of SEO, SEA, Google analytics, events etc.

· Knowledge of and experience with creative, CRM, marketing automation and content management systems.

· Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills in English and Dutch.

· Strong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and on cross-functional teams.

· You are a talented storyteller and think outside the box.

· Understanding of and interested in AI and its applications, relevant industry trends and competitive landscape.
