About the Opportunity

Sanofi is seeking to hire a Marketing and Customer Engagement for Primary Care (PC). In this role, you provide the necessary administrative and logistical support to the PC marketing team members in an autonomous and proactive manner in order to achieve the team's objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Contact with agencies (briefing, offer follow-up and confirmation - PO)
  • Follow-up of the work until the verification of the delivery and storage of the material
  • Material stock management
  • Draft of material (in word or even in InDesign)
  • Use of the Zinc approval system
  • Sample management and monitoring; active follow-up
  • Approval of surveys and market studies in ZINC and registration in the e-track database
  • Manage agendas, invitation sending, room reservations
  • Monitor basic administration, e.g. with HR for signed recovery requests, bonus requests, etc.
  • Create POs and follow-up of deliveries/invoices if necessary
  • Monitor participant registration forms and provide the necessary accounting information for tax and transparency records
  • Apply for Mdeon visas: justification for congress, participants, added value, budget
  • Monitor communication with Product Specialists
  • Prepare confirmation letters, attendance certificates and information material
  • Mailings to doctors at the request of medical sales representatives
  • Work conjointly and on a regular basis with Sales Assistants for optimal support of overall PC employees in BeLux

About you

  • Bachelor or equivalent (Marketing and / or Business Administration)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as an assistant for a multi-disciplinary team
  • Masters French, Dutch and English in both oral and written forms
  • Able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Engages others through active communication
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and plan own workloads to ensure deadlines are met
  • Strong relationship builder with internal customers
