Introduction

Do you want to play an important role in testing our highly advanced systems and push boundaries, set new standards and make the impossible, possible – every day?

Are you an expert in testing and do you possess technical leadership skills? Can you build credibility in the development teams, support them and influence your stakeholders by deploying essential software test strategies and methods?

Job Mission

At the moment we are looking for Software Test Architect for our Metrology software (SW) department, which works on our state-of-the-art complex EUV products.

Metrology Software department

Metrology software orchestrates the behavior of powerful mechatronic modules, so that together they achieve an extraordinary combination of speed and accuracy. For example, one such module (a wafer stage), accelerates faster than a fighter jet to enable the ASML machine to position a silicon wafer in less than a second, with nanometer accuracy!

As well as using metrology systems to position wafers, ASML also uses metrology systems to measure, model and control to achieve sub-nanometer accuracies. To achieve and maintain this accuracy the best metrology systems ever imagined are required.
