Context of the position
The D&E Optical Column department is part of the EUV Business line of ASML. Its task is to develop, deliver, integrate and qualify the optical column including metrology applications in spec, within time and budget. This vacancy concerns the lifetime part in all EUV optics and EUV sensors in the optical column.
The project manager of Optics Lifetime reports to the group Optics Lifetime, and is managing multidisciplinary projects. The group’s mission is to protect, predict and validate the transmission of all EUV optical surfaces and coatings of the EUV system over lifetime.
The position is a.i. for a considerable period of time, with an outlook on a similar project management positions with the EUV Optical Column department
